The chat bot can now assist patients with frequently asked questions 24 hours a day. It can also collect your information and route you to an agent during office hours if additional assistance is needed.

To reach consistency with the mobile app & web user experience, users have the ability to manage the care of others when logged in on the web. In addition to booking appointments, users who manage the care of minors have the ability to complete steps to "certify" these shared accounts created for minors (0-12) in an effort to manage appointments & update demographic information.

When an issue requires prompt attention but doesn’t pose an immediate threat to health or life, patients can schedule a virtual visit to see an available ER provider any time of the day or night.
Booking is easy. Just use the ‘Book a virtual visit 24/7’ button. Find it on the home screen, in the ‘Find care’ section, and included with search results.
